You will need
- Chicken Breasts all fat removed and skin.
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 1/ tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- boiling water
- A pan with a good lid
Once boiling you can add your chicken breasts. You want to boil them for a good 5-10 minutes on a high heat for 5-10 mins.
Once this time has passed, turn your heat down to low and leave to simmer for about 30 mins and leave the lid on.You will know when its ready as the pulled chicken will start to tear if you touch it with a wooden spoon. It will look something like this. in the picture below when its ready.If you only have a small amount of stock left then I find it best to leave this in the pan and begin tearing the chicken with 2 forks like pulled pork.
If you have alot of stock leftover then feel free to drain it. You can always add the stock back into the chicken after shredding if you want too.Allow to cool and use in whatever you would like to. This is free on extra easy slimming world.

- Chicken, sweetcorn and mayo sandwich or wrap filler
- Chicken pasta.
- Toppings for pizza toast or pizza wraps
- Snacking on in between meals
