Slimming World Curry Loaf free on extra easy

Hi everyone

Heres a quick recipe that you will need only 3 ingredients for and makes a yummy snack or pack up food.

Everyone has heard of the curry loaf on slimming world, and if you haven’t then you dont know what you are missing out on.

All you need for this is the following

  • Bachelors SUPER rice mild curry flavour
  • 3 eggs
  • can of Asda’s chickpea dhal


Start by cooking your Rice as the packet instructs, either in a pan or the microwave.

Add water and rice cook as instructed


Set your oven to a medium heat ready for the loaf and line your loaf tin.

Line a loaf tin or cheat


When your rice is cooked it will resemble something like this.

When rice is cooked add the jug contents

You can add your beaten eggs and your chickpea Dahl to the rice.

Ready to pour

Mmmm doesnt that look….erm….tasty?

Pour into your liner and bake

Poor into your pan, and put into the oven and cook until the top is springy to the touch like a cake.

Once cooked, cool on a wire rack and slice and enjoy x

Yum yum yum

Enjoy with a salad or some roasted veggies.
